Provides an understanding of the theoretical and practical issues related to the acquisition, implementation and application of Enterprise Information Systems within organisations, including the motivations for acquiring; challenges associated with implementing; process integration inherent in and impact these systems have on key business processes. Students will develop work plans for implementation and use SAP software through computer-based training materials and hands-on experience.
