An in-depth examination of the challenges and issues of diversity management and inclusion within contemporary organisations. Using the themes of Identity, Ideology, Power, and Labour Market Segregation, students will critically reflect on how a changing world requires diverse and inclusive approaches for equity, equality and optimal social impact. Diversity management and inclusion practices, policy, training and evaluation combined with current work issues are also explored.
