Examines the standard form of construction procurement (traditional, design build, management forms) for construction projects. Develops the connectivity between current resource management practice and the wider context of the Treaty of Waitangi, its principles, its implementation and its responsibilities. Provides an introduction to general management theory in the context of the construction industry.
