This course introduces the fundamentals of DSP techniques and their application in engineering The course covers signal processing definitions and terminology, brief review of Matlab and complex math for signal processing, theory of discrete-time signals in the time-domain, impulse response, convolution, aliasing, connection schemes, discrete-time Fourier transform, inverse discrete-time Fourier transform, Z-transform, implementation of digital signal processing systems in Matlab, applications of digital signal processing in audio and image processing.
