This is an introductory creative thinking and writing course in fictional literature with Māori/Pasifika themes. Students will be encouraged to read and analyse classic and contemporary New Zealand short stories with Māori/Pasifika themes and, using the short story genre as a model, develop the art of story-telling and creative expression.
