Focuses on the interaction between colleagues within the workplace and how communication and appropriate people management can link to productivity and professional effectiveness. Gives an overview of intercultural individual and team practices in the context of Aotearoa / New Zealand. Provides an insight into the psychology of behaviour so that managers are better prepared to maintain staff input, quality control, productivity as well as performance in terms of cost and time.
