Develops understanding and application of a range of planning, programming and integration techniques applicable to the construction sector. Different strategies/mechanisms for exchange of information and facilitating integrative behaviour to facilitate increased productivity and co-ordination will be examined with a particular emphasis on the use of Building Information Modelling. Addresses the implementation of planning, monitoring, and control mechanisms to all key construction sub-system operations.
