Develops understanding and application of a range of planning, programming and integration techniques applicable to the Public and Private Sector. Different software systems for data exchange and facilitating integrative behaviour will be examined with a particular emphasis on the use of Building Information Modelling to facilitate increased productivity and labour coordination. Addresses the implementation of control mechanisms to all key construction sub-system operations to include: estimating, quality control, communications, time, risk and human resource management.
