Integrates principles, processes, theories and techniques developed through work in the majors and minors into a substantive design project developed in response to a thematic or prompt. Cultivation of an individual design practice within a creative studio community, reflecting on one’s place in contemporary Aotearoa New Zealand with work that is underpinned by key principles of mātauranga Māori (Māori-knowledge of the Māori world).
