Students acquire essential skills for academic success through enquiry, writing, communicating, and learning with modern digital tools and applications. Through engaging with current approaches to digital literacy, fluency and citizenship, students build critical awareness and capability for evaluating information, producing high quality work, and acting with integrity in online settings. The course has an additional focus on the ways in which social media both helps and hinders effective learning, and students develop strategies for safe and productive ways of navigating the complexities of the digital world.
