An introduction to critical systems of thought on management and organising from Indigenous and non-western theoretical perspectives. Grounded in the historical, political, cultural and economic realities of Aotearoa New Zealand, students will be encouraged to connect their own experiences and identities to the concept of Indigeneity in the context of Aotearoa and to think innovatively about management and organisations.
