The purpose of this course is to extend students’ linguistic and communicative competences in the reading, speaking, listening, and writing skills gained in Spanish 2A by developing more a more advanced command of complex structures in a variety of social situations. Emphasis will be on students’ use of Spanish in meaningful and realistic situations requiring appropriate levels of speech, style and behaviour. This is a stimulating and exciting language course, at the end of which students will be able to understand and communicate in Spanish in a variety of situations.
