Engagement in the research for and preparation of (i) a research essay of between 7-9000 words or (ii) documentation relevant to a real life legal situation (such as a law reform submission, an international human rights process, an amicus brief) or a simulation (such as a moot), to be determined in consultation with supervisor. This course aims to develop and refine research techniques and legal writing skills. Generally, only students with a B GPA or higher should consider this course.
