This course explores how people think, feel, and behave at work; how workplace relationships form and evolve, and how organisational contexts shape worker experiences. Students will analyse workplace behaviour, interpersonal interactions and group dynamics using organisational behaviour theories and concepts, while developing skills in communication, collaboration and critical self-reflection.
