Develops a critical awareness of key principles and concepts of ecology and explores how these may be integrated with conceptual or applied design practices. Investigates, evaluates and utilises a variety of fundamental sustainable design frameworks that are grounded in ecology. These are examined as key drivers in art and design for ecology practice. Explores the relevant social and cultural aspects of design in an ecological context.
