Further develops knowledge and understanding of technologies to inform the design of medium-scale institutional and commercial buildings. A range of structural, constructional, material and environmental servicing systems, and their impacts upon architectural design processes are considered. Develops knowledge of building codes, Building Information Modelling (BIM) integrated delivery systems, documentation and standards, and examines their growing significance in today's construction industry.
