| Purpose |
|
Graduates of the Postgraduate Certificate in Human Performance Leadership, who complete two stand-alone Level 8 courses selected to fit their context will demonstrate advanced knowledge of leadership, coaching, and human performance in selected areas. They will apply
psychological, physiological, and relational principles, and apply communication and interpersonal strategies to support behavioural change and effective team dynamics. They will also demonstrate cultural fluency by engaging respectfully with Maori and other Indigenous
knowledge systems. This targeted study supports immediate practice and provides a pathway to the PgDipHPL or the Master of Human Performance Leadership.
