| Purpose |
|
Graduates of the Postgraduate Diploma in Human Performance Leadership, who complete all four Level 8 courses will demonstrate advanced knowledge across human performance optimisation, leadership psychology, team dynamics, and innovative leadership. They will critically apply psychological, physiological, and relational principles, and critically apply communication and interpersonal strategies to build psychologically safe, high-trust performance cultures. They will also demonstrate cultural fluency by engaging respectfully with Maori and other Indigenous knowledge systems. Graduates are prepared for leadership, coaching, or performance-support roles and for progression to the Master of Human Performance Leadership.
