| Purpose |

MHPL graduates will have advanced knowledge of ethical leadership, coaching, and performance science, with the ability to integrate psychological, physiological, relational, and cultural principles to enhance human performance in complex applied settings. They will be culturally fluent leaders who engage respectfully with Maori and Indigenous frameworks and who apply insights from human performance technologies, analytics, and artificial intelligence to make data informed decisions and support behavioural change. Graduates will be prepared for advanced roles such as performance lead, coaching director, human performance strategist, or leadership advisor in sport, defence, emergency services, and other high-performance domains.?
