Purpose
The BSc/BBus conjoint programme gives students the opportunity to complete the requirements of two bachelor’s degrees over a reduced period of time. Graduates will have knowledge and skills from both business and science disciplines which gives them a good grounding for careers in many areas. Graduates will also be prepared for postgraduate study in their chosen field.
Content
Science subjects: applied chemistry, applied mathematics, applied microbiology, aquaculture, environmental studies, food science, human anatomy and physiology. Business subjects: accounting, advertising, business information systems, commercial law, design, economics, finance, human resource management and employment relations, international business, management, marketing, retailing, sales, tourism.
