This course is ideal for those new to teaching in higher education as it brings together theory and practice for well informed, active and engaged learning and teaching. The course explores the nature of the higher education learner and the fundamentals of course design, including assessment. There is a focus on equitable outcomes for students. Participants will actively engage in their own pedagogical development as a higher education teacher with collaborative feedback opportunities throughout the course.
