An examination of current issues in the development of High-Performance Teams (HPTs) based on a process of experiential learning. Students experience first-hand some of the factors involved in forming high performance teams, through the development of a rowing 'team of eight'. Alongside this practical learning, students evaluate relevant theoretical models and explore the ramifications of these in the workplace.
