An examination of the science of biology with a particular focus on stress, sleep, nutrition, and immunity in achieving peak performance, health and well-being. The use of digital/mobile technology will also be the focus with an emphasis on how such technology is a lever of peak performance, health and well-being or a detriment at both the individual, organisational level, and societal level. Equips students with an evidence-based, innovative way to manage themselves that will leverage their cognitive intelligence, emotional intelligence, and business intelligence.
