The principles and practice of space science technologies are overviewed and critically analysed. Topics include space-borne telescopes and radio telescopes, multi-wavelength radiation detectors, gravitational and neutrino detectors, principles and methods of spectroscopy and space science data analysis techniques, principles of space geodesy and remote sensing, as well as effects of space weather and space environment on terrestrial and space technologies and society.
