The first part of the course addresses why good management needs good ethics. We introduce frameworks and practices essential to organisational functioning e.g. professional integrity, ethical decision making, and ethical codes of conduct. The second part of the course will look at corporate responsibility. We study best CR practice such as innovation, partnerships, responsible production/ supply chain management, systems thinking and employee engagement that lead to sustainable value creation
