Advances news production capabilities and applies the news agenda to capture, curation, publication and sharing of news stories for a multimedia environment. Critically appraises the theory and develops the practice of the digital news narrative. Develops competencies in the context and production of news content in still and moving images, and in sound. Builds the skills in using contemporary technologies and techniques across a variety of news platforms including broadcast and online.
