Develops advanced practical and theoretical skills and knowledge in web media design and production. Fosters a critical research-driven approach to the design and implementation of standards-based, accessible web sites. Develops a critical historical understanding of web technologies, cultures and practices. Identifies and critiques current and emergent web standards for technology-mix, interface usability and navigation in order to generate a set of principles for professional practice.
