Focus is on the structuring of an event team, selecting appropriate venues, and coordinating support resources related to catering entertainment, lighting, and security. Topics include an introduction to event organisational structures and models, the management of staff and volunteers, project management, the use of event operation manuals, event logistics, food and beverage safety and waste management.
