To provide students with the skills to apply the tools of managerial finance including capital budgeting, to assist capital investment decisions. The course evaluates strategies for financing investment projects through the study of the cost of capital, international capital markets and alternative sources of finance. The course also looks to devise risk management strategies using a range of financial derivatives and financial instruments in accordance with the accounting regulations.
