Taught in Maori, this paper builds on Te Mahuri II. It is the first of two advanced Maori language papers that will develop the ability to use and understand the written and spoken forms of the language in a range of domains. Students will be able to communicate in Maori and to prepare and present their independent findings on research topics related to the course content. They will be able to participate competently in group discussions and assignments in Maori.
