This course introduces postgraduate students to educational research with a focus on qualitative inquiry. It critically examines a range of philosophies, frameworks and research approaches used in educational research. Students will develop their understanding of how conceptual and theoretical decisions influence research design and begin developing a research proposal for a thesis.
