Critical examination of educational leaders' professional practice alongside their thinking and beliefs about leadership, education and effective practice. There is an inquiry-based focus on intrapersonal and interpersonal perspectives in relation to leader development. Involves a case study investigating an identified interpersonal issue related to educational leadership practice. Students will also examine leading groups and professional learning.
