This course will provide students with a conceptual and practical understanding of the dynamics and theoretical frameworks of human and organisational behaviour, to allow them to analyse, evaluate and reflect on their own interpersonal effectiveness. A particular emphasis is placed on investigating the principles of human relations to enable students to reflect and modify their own behaviour, in response to others in a diverse organisational and cultural context.
